Do you sell new or used copiers?

We sell, lease, rent, and service new and reconditioned like-new (used) Canon and Sharp digital copiers, color copiers, fax machines, multi-function machines, as well as black and white and color laser printers. We offer state-of-the-art equipment plus an array of software for network solutions. Our reconditioned like-new equipment with used copier pricing comes with a full warranty and is selected from low-metered lease ends, demo models, and rental returns.

Why should I buy a Canon or Sharp product? Aren’t all the new digital products similar?

Although most new digital products are reliable, Canon and Sharp compete for the number one spot (click here for documentation) with an approximate combined market share of 40%. Xerox with about 14% of the market has many of its segment 1 machines (found in Office Depot) manufactured for them by Sharp. Canon and Sharp have been leaders in the digital products industry and are now on their fourth generation of technology and equipment improvements. They have been providing award-winning products tested for reliability for many years while other manufacturers are just now being recognized.

How do I know what is the best equipment for my needs?

What is the difference between reconditioned, rebuilt, refurbished, or remanufactured?

Many terms are used to promote the introduction of previously owned equipment into the market. All of the above terms are acceptable; however, there are no standards or an approved process to follow. You must rely on the integrity of the seller’s claims. What warranties do you offer?

Most of our new products come with a 90-day manufacturers’ warranty which covers all parts and labor excluding consumables. Some models include a one-year extended warranty. Our like-new products are based on the original warranty and will be expressly stated on the invoice. Where do you ship? What are the shipping costs?

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping costs usually range from $50-$100 (Segment 1 & 2) and $200-$300 (Segment 3 & up) based on the model and accessories included.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

We generally ship within 72 hours after payment is received, and shipping times usually range from 4-7 business days. All products sold include comprehensive equipment testing and review prior to shipping. We feel it is in your best interest to allow adequate time to prepare your product for shipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cashier and company checks (requires bank clear), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you offer leasing or other payment terms?

We offer the lowest leasing rates available through two of the largest vendors in the market today. Canon Financial Services and GE Capital have a variety of terms for payment (Click here for details) including lease-to-own, 90-day same as cash, 90-day deferred payments, as well as traditional leasing.

What if I want to purchase a service/maintenance contract?

As an Authorized Dealer of Canon and Sharp, we offer a variety of affordable service/maintenance agreements both locally through our Chicago area location and nationwide through our Authorized Dealer Channel.
