3 Year Performance Guarantee

As a Directech Solutions, Inc. customer you will never need to worry about the performance and operation of your copier, copier/printer or facsimile equipment.
If your copier, copier/printer or facsimile is not performing within the machine's design specifications and cannot be repaired by the Directech's Authorized Service Technician, Directech Solutions, Inc. will replace your equipment with a like model with comparable features... FREE.
The Directech Solutions, Inc. 3 Year Guarantee begins at the date of installation. All equipment must be maintained under a Directech Solutions Full Service Maintenance Agreement and operated using only genuine O.E.M. supplies and parts. This guarantee applies to all copiers and facsimile equipment procured through and billed by the Directech Solutions and is not applicable to equipment that has been damaged by accident or misuse, including improper voltage.
If it is determined that the equipment was maintained using other than genuine O.E.M. supplies and parts, 3 Year Performance Guarantee will no longer be valid.
This 3 Year Performance Guarantee is provided for your assurance that Directech Solutions, Inc. is committed to your total satisfaction. |
